Rick Hadley's passion for photography began at an early age as he emulated his father's interest in the art. During his career as a professional yacht racer, Rick became fascinated by the play of light on water, the changing landscape of the sea and set about capturing it on film. Rick's adventurous spirit, coupled with his love of the outdoors soon led him to an exemplary career in photography.
Educating others, sharing knowledge, and exploring new possibilities has been the foundation for which Rick lives his life. His desire to help others learn and his ability to take complex subjects and make them simple is an art which he shares with his students.
Having used film cameras on a daily basis for 30 years, Rick translated his knowledge to the new platform of picture taking the moment digital emerged. Today, Rick combines his photography knowledge with his love for teaching.
